Built by a team that works across time zones
Pacevane is made by Astrizon Technology Solutions, a software company in Bengaluru, India, that builds products for distributed teams.
We run teams across India, Singapore and the United States, and we tried the usual time tracking tools before writing our own. We wanted three things: numbers people could trust, monitoring people could live with, and payroll that did not need a spreadsheet at the end of the month. Pacevane is that tool.
What we believe
- Tracking should be honest in both directions. People see what is recorded about them.
- Nothing should be captured while someone is not working. The timer is the only switch.
- Reports should answer the question a manager actually has, in one screen.
