Terms of service

Last updated 2026-11-07. These terms govern the use of Pacevane, a service of Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your company.

The service

Pacevane provides time tracking, activity and screenshot capture, reports, attendance and payroll tools through a web app and desktop tracker. We may improve or change features over time and will give notice of changes that remove functionality.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use Pacevane with your team, including informing people about what is tracked and complying with the employment and privacy laws that apply to you.
• Keep your credentials safe and tell us about any unauthorised access.
• Do not use Pacevane to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attack the service.

Plans and payment

Plans are priced per user per period as shown at purchase. Payments cover one month or one year and are not refundable once the period starts, except where the law requires. If a renewal is not paid, the workspace is locked after a grace period and may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Prices exclude taxes; Indian customers receive a GST invoice.

Free trial

The trial gives access to the full service for the period shown at sign-up, with no payment. We may limit trials to prevent abuse.

Data

You own your workspace data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. You can export reports at any time and ask us to delete your workspace.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email within one working day for paying customers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may stop using Pacevane at any time by deleting your workspace. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms after notice, or immediately for serious abuse.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
