Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-11-07. This policy explains what Pacevane (operated by Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, "we") collects, why, and what choices you have.
Who this covers
- Customers: companies and individuals who create a Pacevane workspace.
- Team members: people invited into a workspace by their employer or client. The workspace owner decides what Pacevane records about team members and is the controller of that data; we process it on their instructions.
- Visitors: people who use this website.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), timezone, role.
- Workspace data: company name, projects, tasks, settings, plan and invoices.
- Tracking data, only while a timer runs: time entries; activity counts per minute (never the keys pressed); the active application's name and window title and the active website address, if the workspace enables them; screenshots at the interval the workspace sets, blurred if the workspace chooses.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, sign-in times, for security and to detect abuse.
- Website forms: what you enter when you contact us or request a demo.
Why we use it
To provide the service, keep accounts secure, send transactional email (invitations, password resets, invoices, trial and renewal notices), answer requests, improve Pacevane, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only to people who contacted us or signed up, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Who sees tracking data
The team member themselves, their team managers, and workspace admins and owner, as described in the help center. Our staff access a workspace only to handle a support request and such access is logged. We never sell personal data.
Where data lives
On servers in the hosting region chosen for the workspace. Backups are encrypted and kept for 30 days. We use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery and payments (PayPal); a current list is available on request.
How long we keep it
For as long as the workspace is active. Screenshots and activity follow the retention of the plan. When a workspace is deleted, its data is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, CCPA) you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to some processing. Team members should contact their workspace owner first, since the owner controls the workspace; you can also write to privacy@pacevane.com and we will help.
Cookies
The app uses a sign-in cookie only. This website uses no tracking cookies.
