Pricing questions
How is a seat counted?
Every active person in your workspace uses one seat. Invited people who have not joined yet do not count. You choose the number of seats when you pay.
What happens when the trial ends?
Tracking pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted; everything continues where you left off once a plan is active.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Ask for an invoice from the Billing page and pay by transfer; the plan activates when the payment is confirmed. Online payment by PayPal or card is immediate.
Is there a contract?
No. Each payment covers one month or one year. If you do not renew, the workspace is locked after a short grace period, and your data is kept.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
