Projects, tasks and clients

Projects group time. Give each one a colour, an optional client, a billable rate and a budget in hours. Reports show billable amounts and the budget bar turns red when it runs over.

Tasks live inside projects. Assign them to a person or leave them open for anyone. Done tasks disappear from the tracker's list.

Visibility: a project is open to everyone or only to its members. Members-only projects are hidden from other people's trackers and reports.

Clients are optional labels for projects; use them when you bill work to someone.
