What is tracked, and what is not

Written for the people being tracked.

While a timer runs

• The time entry: start, end, project and task.
• Activity: how many seconds per minute had keyboard or mouse input, plus counts of key presses and mouse events. The keys themselves are never recorded.
• The active application and its window title, and the website address in the active browser window, if your workspace has these on.
• A screenshot at the interval your workspace sets (3 to 30 minutes), blurred if your workspace chose that.

While the timer is stopped

Nothing. The tracker records only between Start and Stop.

Never

Webcam, microphone, files, clipboard, passwords, private browsing on other devices.

What you can see

Your own timesheet, activity timeline, app usage and screenshots. If your workspace allows it you can delete your own screenshots; deletions are logged.
